Her primary focus is to provide comprehensive services to high-net-worth real estate investment clients. The integrated services offered by CIM ("Capitaland Investment Management") encompass property listing for lease, tenant screening, lease agreement signing, maintenance and repairs, renovation upgrades, trust account management, rent collection, tax handling, financial statement preparation, assistance with tax filing, lease renewals and rent adjustments, property inspections, as well as handling unforeseen events and evictions.
